Obituary of Rosella "Rosie" Propst

MARION, Va.

Rosella “Rosie” Propst, age 62, passed away Wednesday, May 26, 2021.

Rosie was full of life – she lit up a room when she walked in. She lived her life like she wanted, no one’s approval was needed. You never had to guess how Rosie felt about something or someone, she always told it like it was. She loved antiques and animals, especially her dogs Stevie and Bailey. Rosie’s sweet nature and straight to the point manner will be missed.    

She was preceded in death by her son, Lonnie Propst; parents, Leo and Dorothy Propst.

Rosie is survived by her sisters, Sylvia Hurst and Iris Kessler both of Ohio; brothers, Fred Edward Propst, Charles Propst, both of Ohio and Jim Propst of Arkansas; several nieces and nephews; and special friends, Valerie Keen and Mike and Doris Blevins.

Private family services will be held at a later date in Ohio.
