Obituary of Ella Mae Winebarger

MARION, Va.

ELLA MAE WINEBARGER, age 93, widow of Randolph Winebarger, passed away Sunday, May 2, 2021 at Lucy Corr Continuing Care Community, Chesterfield, Va.

Mrs. Winebarger was a loving wife, mother, and excellent homemaker. In addition to her husband she was preceded in death by two brothers, Ernest Burkett and Charles E. Burkett; four sisters, Helen Louise Burkett, Annie Sheets, Lucille Malosky, and Mary Bridgeman; and sister in law, Carolyn Burkett.

She is survived by one daughter, Jacqueline Rose and husband, Robert of Chesterfield, Va.; two sons, Kenneth R. Winebarger and wife, Shirley of Chesterfield, Va., and Allan W. Winebarger and wife, Tammy of Marion, Va.; two brothers, George Burkett and wife, Viola of Speedwell, Va., and Oliver Burkett of Spotsylvania, Va.; five grandchildren, Ashley Bardon of Powhatan, Va., Shaun Rose of Amelia, Va., Eric Winebarger of Washington State, Joshua Winebarger, and Christy Woodruff of Georgetown, Ky.; and eleven great-grandchildren.

Funeral Services will be held Thursday, May 6, 2021 at 11am at Seaver-Brown Chapel. Entombment will follow in Rose Lawn Mausoleum, 4410 Lee Highway, Marion, Va. The family will receive friends Thursday morning from 10 until 11 a.m. at Seaver-Brown Chapel. Family and friends are asked to follow the COVID-19 Safety & Social Distancing Guidelines.
