Obituary of Rebecca Billings "Becky" Wagoner
MARION, Va.
Rebecca Billings "Becky" Wagoner, age 56, passed away Monday, February 15, 2021 at Valley Health Care Center, Chilhowie, Va.
Becky had a wonderful heart and loved her family; but struggled with addiction due to tragedy in life that was too hard to overcome. Her children request if you're dealing with addiction, please seek help.
She was preceded in death by her infant daughter, Joanie Lynn McAllister; daughter, Rebecca Hope Wagoner; parents, James and Anna Billings; brother, Robert Billings; sister, Lois Stump; and step-brother, Harold Riggins.
Becky is survived by her children, Laura Morelock, Johnny McAllister, Patrick McAllister, and Roy McAllister; husband and father of his girls, William Wagoner; sisters, Mary Ann Taylor, Janie Mabe, Martha Cline, Elizabeth Billings and Jody Billings; brothers, James Billings, Tommy Billings, Ernie Billings and Gary Billings; two grandchildren; special nephew, Joey Taylor and many more nieces and nephews.
Special thanks to Hospice of Southwest Virginia for their care and kindness.
Funeral services will be held Friday, February 19, 2021 at 1 p.m. at Seaver-Brown Chapel with Pastor Cody Sturgill officiating. Burial will be private. The family will receive friends Friday from 12 until 1 p.m. at Seaver-Brown Chapel. Family and friends are asked to follow the COVID-19 Safety & Social Distancing Guidelines.
