I am so very sorry to hear that Brickey passed. I worked with him VDOT. He and I would always talk Redskin's football and we both wondered if they would ever be good again. He was always friendly and kind and he will be greatly missed. My thoughts and prayers are with family and friends.

I am so sad to hear of the passing of "Brickey" as many of his friends knew him. I along with Brickey and others gathered at least once a week to study for the land surveying exam back in the day and yes we were all like brothers. Brickey and I and sometimes others would make to trek to Kentucky once every four years and always on Presidential Election year to take Kentucky Standards of Practice/Ethics/Code of Conduct Continuing Education Seminar. Brickey was one of a kind and there are not enough adjectives to explain the type of good person he was. He will be missed by all who knew him. I know I will miss him and send all my sincere heartfelt condolence and prayers to his family and many friends. Brickey has gained his wings and will fly with the angels now. Rest in Peace my friend. Greg Mullins
