I have so many fond memories of Jim. I remember him coming into Dr. Truhlik's and giving us all a hard time, but we just laughed it off. He had a kind heart and was a wonderful person. You will be greatly missed Jim. Prayers going out to Jeanne and family.

So sorry to hear of Jim’s passing. During the over 35 years I worked with him, I found him to be an excellent employee, dedicated to the mission and fun to be around even in the worst of environments. Jim expected the people around him to earn his respect and maintain high ethical standards to remain a close friend. I always felt his approval.
We accomplished much together, too much to describe here. He was one of the most dependable people in my life, never shunning new tasks, willing to volunteer and bringing a high degree of integrity and good measure of common sense in their accomplishment. He was however one of the messiest painters, slopping more than brushing, resulting in a thick, runny coat of enamel “armor” that would take a week to dry. Needless to describe the surrounding area and Jim when done. He had a closely guarded storage place for every tool, bolt and nut.
We kept in touch since our retirements. Jim’s medical problems restricted his true expression for his love of life. Amy and I send our condolences to the family as Jim will forever reside in our hearts and minds. He will be missed.

Just remembering Jim and daddy at our house talking and making jokes about Jeanne and her hard boiled eggs, Daddy and Jim laughing ang then Jim asleep in the chair and daddy tied his shoestrings together. Daddy couldn't wait for him to wake up. Good memories of daddy and Jim. They are now laughing and making jokes while setting around watching over us all. Praying for you all.

Over my 9 years in the car business, I have met more people than I can honestly remember. Very few have left an impact on my life, but none like that of Jim Haulsee. I remember my first time meeting Jim and Jeanne like it was yesterday and since then, they have seriously turned into family. This man brought me so much joy with the many visits to me at work, the phone calls I received, and the times I was able to stop by their home for a visit. My hearts pours out to his family in this time of loss. Jim’s memory and amazing example of service will forever live in my heart and mind.
