Obituary of Cynthia Lynne Scalf Cox

GATE CITY, Va.

Cynthia Lynne Scalf Cox, age 57, passed away Thursday, October 22, 2020 at Nova Health & Rehab, Weber City, Va.

Born in Mingo County, West Va. to Roscoe and Goldie C. Scalf, Cynthia was a High School graduate who established a career as a paralegal for Wilson, Worley, Moore, Gamble & Stout in Kingsport, Tenn. She was a loving mother, grandmother, sister and friend who will be missed by all who knew and loved her.

Cynthia is survived by several family members including her daughter, Tierstan Bright (and her husband & children); and sister, Priscilla Pendleton.
