Obituary of Dexter Wayne Poston

CHURCH HILL, Tenn.

Dexter Wayne Poston, age 73, passed away Sunday, July 26, 2020 at the Church Hill Health Care & Rehab Center.

He was born December 1946 in Kingsport, Tenn. to the late McGarvey & Inez Doan Poston.  In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his wife, Carol Williams Poston.

In keeping with Mr. Poston’s wishes, no public services will be held.
