Fred was a lot of fun at American Furniture. I ran the stockroom which was right next to his workplace and he was always coming over to tell me jokes and teasing me about girls. He was a very good friend and I hate to hear of his passing.

He was very independant and hard working always treated me with respect.

Worked with him for over 20 years, he was always telling me jokes about everything. He was very smart and could do anything with wood. We were very good friends always. I hate to hear of his passing and I send my condolence to his wife.

Some of my memories was mixing concrete as a young girl when Uncle Fed and dad built the room on his house many years ago, he and Aunt Wavie bringing me a giant pixie stick, his beautiful garden and the flower bed (circle) shape in front of the house. I always thought he had a sneaky little grin. Uncle Fred was devoted to his love Aunt Wavie and they were always side by side. Rest in peace Uncle Fred.

Fred Colley was my grandfather’s baby brother. He was such a kind, gentle man. We are so sorry we will not be able to attend due to the current situation with Coronavirus. We love you all and are praying for peace and comfort.
