Obituary of Sam Robinson

MARION, VIRGINIA: SAM T. ROBINSON, age 84, died Tuesday, August 2, 2005 in Smyth County Community Hospital. He was a member of Seven Mile Ford Church of the Nazarene and had retired from the Pepsi-Cola Bottling Company after more than 30 years of service. He was preceded in death by a daughter, Linda Robinson Pugh. Mr. Pugh is survived by his wife, Lorene Robinson of Marion, Virginia. One daughter, Dianna Brown of Radford, Virginia. One son, Dicky Robinson of Dublin, Virginia. Seven grandchildren, fourteen great-grandchildren, nine great-great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews also survive. Funeral Services will be held Thursday, August 4, 2005 at 8:00 p.m. at Seaver-Brown Chapel. Graveside Services will be held Friday at 11:00 a.m. at Rose Lawn Cemetery, Marion, Virginia. The family will receive friends Thursday evening from 6:00 p.m. until the time of the service at Seaver-Brown Chapel.
