I know Heaven is shining brighter with Janet’s entrance. I never saw her nor talked to her that she wasn’t smiling and “perkie.” I know you have loved her, cared for her and have been blessed by her in your lives. You are in my heart and prayers. May God hold you in the palm of hand.

Warren, Cyndi, Wayne, I am so very sorry! I have the fondest memories of Mrs. Hastings. She was definitely my favorite Elementary school teacher. I loved being in her class! She touched so many lives and will be remembered forever. My heartfelt condolences to you all. Much love.

I had Mrs Hastings in 1976 as a teacher. I really loved her and enjoyed her class I often wondered over the years how she was and I will never forget her. I remember her standing in front of her class with a smile. On a few teachers are lucky enough to touch our lives and sustain a special place in our memories I can truly say she was one that I won’t ever forget. My deepest sympathy to her husband, Kids and family

I never had the privilege of having her as a teacher, but I heard so many good things about her. She always had a smile & was so nice. I graduated with Wayne. Prayers to all the family during this difficult time.

To Mr.Hastings, Wayne and Cyndi: I was in Mrs. Hastings room for only 1 class per day, but that was at the top of the favorite class list. I am so deeply saddened by her passing. Take comfort in knowing she is now teaching with my mom in heaven, and the heavens now shine brighter with her wonderful, warm smile.
