Obituary of David Wayne Bell

MARION, Va.

DAVID WAYNE BELL, age 57, passed away Monday, November 11, 2019 at his home.

David loved to be in the mountains hunting for ginseng. A great day was on the creek bank reeling in the fish. He loved his cat Smokey, his family and friends. David was a simple man, and will be missed.

He was preceded in death by his brother, John Wesley Bell.

David is survived by his father, Jackie Lee Bell of Marion, Va.; mother, Thelma Starnes of Thomasville, N.C.; sisters, Anna Gross Harden and husband, Michael of Atkins, Va., Mary Elizabeth Bell of Thomasville, N.C., and Cindy Miller and husband, Rex or Trinity, N.C.; brothers, Jesse Lee Bell of Marion, Va. and Carl Starnes and wife, Amy of Trinity, N.C.; and several nieces and nephews.
