I'm speechless. I was looking for a friend of the family's obituary and happened across Ms. Wymer. She was the best English teacher I had at WCC. She took time with each student and displayed such a caring attitude. Prayers are with her friends and family.

I was a former student. I went on to get my degrees and all that. She is the one person who stands out more to me than any of the other professors I had. I was struggling to write good papers in her English class. She took me to the side one day and said, Keith, you have the potential to write. I want you to write like you talk. Stop overthinking. That was many years ago. I am now in the process of writing a book and one of my many inspirations is her. “Write like you talk”. So sorry for your loss

Ms. Wymer was an exceptional teacher, mentor, and person. She loved her family, her students, and she never met a stranger, and she loved her critters. She lived her life as a Christian for Christ. She will be missed. Blessing and hugs to the family.

Most of us can count on one hand those teachers that really made a difference or inspired us. Bobby Wymer was one of those teachers for me. She was a wonderful dichotomy of brilliance and simple country girl (SGHS 1959) values....RIP, sweet lady.

Saddened to hear Bobby was called so soon. I know she is happy to see her mom and dad..she missed them so much.
Bobby always greeted everyone with smiles and a great sense of humor. I loved taking Literature under Bobby. She made it so much fun. She was dedicated to her students and WCC. Sympathy to the family.
