Obituary of Carol Ann Noe Zumpf

Marion, Va. Carol Ann Noe Zumpf, age 74, passed away Wednesday, September 19, 2018 at her home. Carol was born in Fawn River Township, Mich. On December 14, 1943. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She spent her life devoted to helping and caring for others. Her bright smile and huge heart will be missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing her. She was preceded in death by her parents, Everett W. and Vivian Leona Noe; and brother, Michael E. Noe. Carol is survived by her husband, Reverend Michael J. Zumpf; daughters, Heidi Z. Campbell and husband, Joseph M. Campbell, Laura Z. Cano; son, David M. Zumpf, all of Marion, Va.; sister-in-law, Judy Noe of Las Vegas, Nev.; grandchildren, Jessica Harmon, Daniel Cano, Ashley Bane, Matthew Cano and Ethan Campbell; great-grandchildren, Gretchen Bane and Felix Harmon. Local visitation will be held Friday, September 28, 2018 from 5 until 6:30 p.m. at the Christ Episcopal Church in Marion, Va. Funeral services will be held Saturday, September 29, 2018 at 2 p.m. at St. Luke's Episcopal Church, 600 Morgan Road, Eden, N.C. 27288 with the Reverend Wheigar Bright officiating.
