Obituary of Margaret Hayes Rhoten

MARION, Va. Margaret Hayes Rhoten, age 67, died Monday, February 19, 2018. Margaret was a wonderful and caring person. She loved her family friends. Margaret loved being in the outdoors and being with animals. She enjoyed fishing with Allen and he is sure going to miss her. She was preceded in death by her mother, Mildred Hayes Evans and several siblings. Margaret is survived by her loving husband of 25 years, Allen Rhoten of Marion, Va.; sister, Edith Mitchell of York, Pa.; brothers, Ronnie Hayes of Sugar Grove, Va. and Danny Hayes of N.C.; special sister-in-law, Pam Greer of Marion, Va.; brother-in-law, Mike Rhoten of N.C.; several nieces and nephews; and her puppies, Koko and Max.
