Jay and family, I can’t begin to to tell you how sorry we are about the loss of your mom. She was such a beautiful and funny person. I am sorry to hear of your mother's passing. I just saw her before Christmas and she was telling me a joke about Santa Claus. I worked with Phyllis for many years at SCCH and she was always pleasant to work with. She will be missed by all who knew her. I will keep you and your family in my prayers.

I had the honor of working with Phyllis at Smyth County Community Hospital several years ago and she was such a delight to be around. She always loved making people laugh, enjoyed sharing jokes and had an infectious smile. Rest in Peace Phyllis.....you're certainly going to be missed.

Jay and son..
I am so so sorry to hear about Phyllis...She was such a special lady and beautiful inside out.
She loved you both so much..always had a twinkle in her eye when she talked of you both
Jill n I saw her at Christmas in Wal-Mart n talked with her about an hour..she will so be missed.
