Oh Mrs Cleo.. I have always thought so highly of you.. Your and Mr Gardner were some of the most authentic people I came in contact with. Your sweet demeanor, infectious smile, love for the Lord inspired me. The love for Lord that you held in your heart shined through your life. Your two were an inspiration to me. Your legacy will live on for many years to come. I know you two are up in heaven having the most amazing celebration you've ever experienced.. Until we meet again.. much love..

Your mother and father were very special to me when I lived in the Rural Retreat area for 25 years. They were a constant stop on my list several times weekly I can't tell you the wonderful things they did for me and how much they meant to me I am so sorry for your loss. I hope you will take solace in the fact that they were wonderful people and they are together again

Dear family, So hard to believe Cleo is gone. We date back to the days when Kerry and Debbie Blevins were our next door neighbors and we would often come to church at Cedar Bluff with them on Sunday Nights. Debbie directing the choir and just so much fun....wonderful memories! Cleo was also such a avid W.M.U. worker. She was a jewel. We are so sorry to hear of her passing, but know she is in the best hands with our Lord and Savior. We will be thinking of you during the upcoming Christmas Holiday and New Year. Theresa and Robin, I am praying for the Lord's sweet comfort and presence to uphold you in this difficult time. You know that your parents were very special to me. I have so many precious memories of them during my years at Cedar Bluff. They were such wonderful people, faithful to the Lord, and a big encouragement to me. It seems like only a few weeks ago that I visited Cleo after Bro. James went home, and now the Lord has chosen to reunite them in His presence. I believe she has also been reunited with Jimmy. I remlember how difficult it was on your parents when he passed. Just know that Preacher Eddie is asking the Lord to provide all that you need and have asked my church to pray for you as well. One day I will renew acquaintance with them on Heaven's side!
