To the family of "Mrs. Snider," I'd like to add my wishes for your comfort and the joy of knowing your mother/grandmother/great-grandmother touched my life and made it so much finer than it would otherwise have been. I was one of her piano students from about 1963 (when I was in third grade) until 1972, when I graduated from Marion Senior High School. During those years Mrs. Snider demonstrated a fine, genteel behavior, a love of music, a gentle guidance and support for her students, and a very professional demeanor that has been a model for me.
I am sorry for your loss, and very grateful for having experienced a world shaped by our beloved teacher and friend.

My heart is breaking for your family. Pauline was a sweet and precious lady. She was a wonderful roommate to my mother, Pauline. We would talk about us both teaching music sometimes. I always enjoyed my visits with her and I am so happy that I was able to see her on Sunday. May God bless you all and give you His Peace in the days ahead. You all are in my prayers.
