Obituary of Lola Jackson Pruitt

VALLEY CITY, OHIO LOLA JACKSON PRUITT, age 90, died Monday, August 1, 2016 at Life Care Center, Medina, Ohio. She was preceded in death by her husband, Marlin Ford Pruitt; parents, Clyde and Emma Buchanan Jackson; sisters, Hazel Pruitt and Addie Brooks; and son-in-law, Charles Jones. Mrs. Pruitt is survived by daughters and sons-in-law, Connie and G. Mitchell Harmon of Huntington, W. Va., Peggy Jones of Cleveland, Tenn., and Brenda and Joseph Hylton of Valley City, Ohio; one son and daughter-in-law, Jerry and Dorothy Pruitt of Gainesville, Fla.; ten grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren; six great-great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held Thursday, August 4, 2016 at 2 p.m. at Seaver-Brown Chapel with Reverend Jimmy Taylor officiating. Burial will follow in Thomas Cemetery, Marion, Va.
