Obituary of Brenda Hall Blevins

MARION, Va.: Brenda Hall Blevins; age 74, went to be with the Lord on Friday morning at her home. She was preceded in death by her husband, Edward Earnest Blevins; parents, Herman and Clara Hall of Marion, Va.; sisters, Dortha Elswick and Frankie Minnick; brothers, Grant Hall, Don Hall, Willard Hall and Freddie Hall. Family remaining to cherish her memory includes her son, Larry Blevins and wife, Carrie; daughters, Lisa Blevins Bowman and husband, Buster and Shannon Blevins; brothers, Keith (Pete) Hall and Ronnie Hall; sisters, Linda Hanshew and Zana Fisher; seven grandchildren, Kelly Burton and husband, Matthew, Cody Hanks and wife, Amber, Lindsey Bowman, Tyler Blevins, Savannah Blevins, Raegan Blevins and Abigail Blevins; two great-grandchildren, Collin Burton and Bailey Hanks and numerous nieces and nephews. Memorial services to honor Mom’s life will be held on Sunday, July 24, 2016 at 2 pm at Gethsemane Baptist Church in Marion. Graveside services will be held on Monday, July 25, 2016 at 11 am at Rose Lawn cemetery in Marion. Expressions of sympathy may be made to the family at www.seaverbrown.com.
