Obituary of Alma Sexton

TROUTDALE, Va.: ALMA JOE SEXTON, age 73, died, Tuesday, October 13, 2015 at her home. She was preceded in death by her parents, Rex & Alice Sexton; four brothers, James, Donald, Glen and Dale Sexton; two brothers-in-laws, Chuck Armstrong and Rex Chandler. Alma is survived by her husband, William Ray Sexton of Troutdale, Va., daughter and son-in-law, Laura and Robbie Steele of Atkins, Va.; six sisters & brothers-in-law; Frances Armstrong of Uxbridge, Mass., Anna Chandler and Mary Young of Independence, Va., Betty and Erwin Martin of Galax, Va., Janet Johnson of Goshen, Ind., and Angie and Jerry Paisley of Hiddenite, N.C.; two sisters-in-law, Bonnie Sexton of Troutdale, Va., and Barbara Sexton of Chilhowie, Va.; two step-grandchildren, Cheyenne Steele and Hunter Steele Wyatt; several nieces and nephews and special nephew, Andy Sexton.
