I am very sorry for the loss of Madge your dear mother and grandmother. I spoke to Madge on the phone after leaving a message. My grandfather was Sherrill Mason Powell. She asked me to come over and she would go through Winifords photos and things. I wanted to hear her stories. My grand-father passed away when I was a very young girl. I wanted to hear about the family. May God give you comfort and peace. A mother is your best friend. Hugs and Love, Judy Judith Coe

"Miss" Madge was a very important part of my Christian growing up and for that I will be forever grateful. Know that my thoughts and prayers are with all of you today and in the days to come. But I can not help but think Heaven is a little brighter with her smile and her laugh today. May God's comforting arms reach around each of you, always.

Margie a and family, So very sorry about your sweet mother. Every loss is different, isn't it? But, there's something about losing your mother. You feel like an orphan, like your roots have been pulled up from the good earth. She was such a sweetheart. Can't remember a time when she wasn't smiling. She will be greatly missed. The world will move forward at its usual pace but it won't have the same boost of energy she gave it. Love and prayers, Genie Sneed-Haulsee

My fondest memories start back in my youth. Madge, Winford, Betty and Margie would come up on Friday nights to watch TV with my p.aretns "Randolph and Ella Mae" We all would eat popcorn and watch TV. This the drive-in and many other times were great. These stories and many more were told to me and my wife Tammy. She would relive these and many more on all the kids, grand children and many others. After my father and Winford died My mother would come in to visit. We would take her to Madges. These 2 would not only catch up but sit and talk of past events and cooking foe 1 to 2 hours. My wife and I relly enjoyed this time them.
Madge was a wealth of knowledge on many topics. I would do work on the house for her. She said she loved to watch me work. During this time and during visits we had very special conversations. This increased a special Love. She woud say she was my second MOM. YOU WILL BE SO MISSED.
LOVE DICKEY
