Obituary of Dana Bratton

CHILHOWIE, VIRGINIA: DANA BRATTON, age 47, died Friday, March 13, 2015 at her home in Chilhowie, Virginia. She was born June 30, 1967 in Smyth County, Virginia to the late Larry Randolph Testerman, Sr. and Ruth Wyatt Testerman. Dana was a loving mother, sister and aunt. She was an animal lover who had a beautiful gypsy spirit. She will be missed by all who knew and loved her. Dana is survived by her daughter, Robyn Arianna Bratton of Chilhowie, Virginia; four sisters, Brenda Jones of Marion, Virginia, Donna Outen and husband, Mark, Jennifer Walters and husband, Jody all of West Jefferson, North Carolina and Debbie Adams and husband, Michael of Kingsport, Tennessee; three brothers, Larry Testerman, Jr. and wife, Terri of Millers Creek, North Carolina, Allen Jones and wife, Sharon of West Jefferson, North Carolina and Ronald Eugene Jones of Johnson City, Tennessee; and several nieces and nephews. Funeral Services will be held Monday, March 16, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. at Seaver-Brown Chapel with Reverend Mike Sage and Reverend Billy Joe Blevins officiating. Burial will follow in Thomas Cemetery, Marion, Virginia. The family will receive friends Monday afternoon from 12:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. at Seaver-Brown Chapel.
