Obituary of Anna O'Quinn

MEADOWVIEW, VIRGINIA: ANNA MARIE O'QUINN, age 53, died Tuesday, March 4, 2014 at Bristol Regional Medical Center, Bristol, Tennessee. She was preceded in death by her husband, Scotty O'Quinn; parents, Charles and Lena McVey; four sisters, Linda McVey, Joyce Rosenbaum, Barbara Wray and Virginia Tuggle; and one brother, Jesse Rosenbaum. Anna Marie is survived by one daughter, Christina Tuggle and husband, Adam Taylor; one son, Charles Wayne Tuggle and wife, Lynne Kestner; three brothers, Charles McVey, Jim McVey and wife, Sally, and Joe McVey and wife, Sherrie Wyatt; two special grandchildren, Caitlin Breedlove and Christian Breedlove; four adopted grandchildren, Dustin Kestner and wife, Cindy, Brian Rosenbaum, Nicole Rosenbaum and D'Ray Rosenbaum; two adopted great-grandchildren, Aiden Widener and Damian Kestner; and several nieces and nephews.
