Obituary of Archie Evans

MARION, VIRGINIA: ARCHIE GARFIELD EVANS, age 73, died Wednesday, January 8, 2014 at BRMC, Bristol, TN. He was preceded in death by his wife, Priscilla Hancock Evans; parents, Gaylord G. and Nannie Cline Evans; five siblings, Mae Poston, Alice Evans, Mozell Evans, Billy Evans and Earnest Evans. Archie is survived by a brother, Charles Evans; three sisters, Edna Hutton, Gertrude Poston and Charity Blevins; and one sister-in-law, Therisel Berry all of Marion, Virginia. Graveside Services will be held Monday, January 13, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. at Walkers Creek Cemetery with Reverend Mike Sage officiating.
