Susan, Danny, Brenda and family, What could words convey? Absolutely nothing. All I can say to all of you is that I am so very sorry this has happened... To you, as Keith's family, and to Keith for whatever he felt.... None of us has any idea what tomorrow holds, much less how we'll handle it. He was a wonderful nurse and good guy. So sad for the lot of you. U r all loved and being thought of a gazillion times a day.

Dear Susan, Travis,and Seth, your don't know me; I worked with Keith in the emergency room.I have heard so many stories about all of you that I feel like I know you. He was so proud of you; he talked about you all the time.He was one of a kind. He was the best nurse I have ever had the privilege to work with.And in 34 years,I have worked with many.My prayers and thoughts are with you. I hope knowing that he was respected by everyone who worked with him will be of some comfort. He will be greatly missed. I am just glad that I got to know him and work with him. He was a big influence in my life,and I can't imagine what it will be like with out him there. But I can't imagine what you are going through,and I am so very sorry for your loss. I only hope knowing how much he loved you,and how proud he was of all of you can give you some comfort

Susan and family, I am so very sorry for your loss. You have had so much heartache recently, my heart aches for you. The Lord only gives us what we can handle, you are a very strong person. I pray for you and your sons daily to give you comfort, peace and strength.If the Lord takes you to it, he will help you through it. Keith will be very much missed by many, he touched my lives. Susan and family, I am so sorry to hear of Keith's passing. We worked together in the ER for 20 years - on and off. I considered him a good friend. He frequently talked of you and his family - as well as hunting and some other interests. I know families can be together forever - that you will have the opportunity to see him again. Dear Kilby Family, I pray that God will surround you with his loving, comforting arms while you are going through this. Keith and the Kilby family have been dear friends of me and my family since we were teenagers. He was a one of a kind in the ER and when I went in, he was the first one I looked for because he was the only one who could get an IV started. I have seen so many videos of the dogs and you could just see him smile all over when he spoke of his family and animals. He will be greatly missed. Cherish each and every wonderful memory you have with him, as I know there are many, just as his friends all have wonderful memories of him. God bless you.

Dear Kilby Family, I worked with Keith for 10 1/2 years at SCCH and remained friends with him since then, though we did not speak often. I heard so many Travis and Seth stories when you were growing up that I felt I knew you. He was so proud of his sons. I am so sorry for your loss. He was the best nurse in the ER, ever. Susan and family, I am so sorry for your loss. I was working at SCCH when Keith graduated and came to work as our first ED nurse.
