Obituary of Thomas Thompson

SUGAR GROVE, VIRGINIA: THOMAS FLOYD THOMPSON, JR. age 71 died Friday, November 1, 2013 in the Wellmont Hospice House, Bristol, Tennessee. He is survived by his wife, Carolyn Mabe Thompson of Sugar Grove, Virginia; two daughters Rhonda Thompson Reed and husband, Hoke of Sterling, Virginia and Suzanne Thompson of Sugar Grove, Virginia; four grandchildren, Tara Reed, Tiffany Dorman and husband, Kristopher, Allyson Reed and Taylor Reed; one great-grandchild on the way; one sister-in-law, Sharon K. Mabe of Weatherford, Texas; one nephew Ryan K. Mabe and wife, Heather. Funeral Services will be held Sunday, November 3, 2013 at 7:00 p.m. at Seaver-Brown Chapel with Reverend Kenny Price and Reverend Charles Leonard officiating. Graveside Services will be held Monday, November 4, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. at Ridgelawn Cemetery, Sugar Grove, Virginia. The family will receive friends Sunday evening from 5:00 p.m. until the time of the service at Seaver-Brown Chapel.
