Obituary of Charles Wright

CERES, VIRGINIA: CHARLES W. WRIGHT, age 60, of Littleton, NC, passed away peacefully in his sleep on Monday, October 28, 2013. He will always be remembered as a man with a smile on his face, a helping hand for others, and someone who would give away his last possession to help a stranger. He was preceded in death by: his father, Marvin Wright; his mother, Estelle Wright; and his sister Harriett Nicholson. Charles is survived by his children, Christy White of Raleigh, NC; Charles Wright of New Bern, NC; Elizabeth Kegley of Ceres, VA; loving step-children Rachel Shomaker Tolbert of Ceres, VA, and Joshua Shomaker of Elk Park, NC; his siblings: Marvin Wright Jr of McKenney, VA; Sammy Wright, Charlotte Newsome, and Wayne Wright, all of Littleton, NC; and seven grandchildren.
