Obituary of Diana Cox

MINERAL, VIRGINIA: DIANA M. COX, age 63 died Monday, April 29, 2013 at her home in Mineral, Virginia. She was born October 24, 1948 in Herkimer, New York to the late Jerome and Ruth Oviatte Stanley. Diana was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and sister. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two brothers, Thomas and James Stanley. She is survived by her husband, Sam Cox of Mineral, Virginia; daughter, Brenda Shupe of Atkins, Virginia; son, Michael Crim and wife, Samantha of Sidney, Kentucky; sisters and brothers, Carolyn Graves, Ruth Scheff, Sharon Davis, Jerome Stanley, Dorothea Stanley, Steven Stanley, Robin Janitz, Kenneth Stanley, Lillin Fazakas, Lewis Stanley, Kim Moran, Terry Stanley, Arthur Stanley, Jamie Stanley, Melissa Holton and Tammy Stanley; several grandchildren, great-grandchildren and nieces and nephews. Funeral Services will be held Friday, May 3, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. at Seaver-Brown Chapel with Reverend Mike Sage officiating. Burial will follow in Rose Lawn Cemetery.
