Obituary of Margaret King

CHILHOWIE, VIRGINIA: MARGARET ANN KING, age 63, died Friday, March 15, 2013 at her home in Chilhowie, Virginia. Born February 28, 1950 in Wythe County to the late Hurley and Clara Stowers King, with whom she made her home until their death. She moved to Smyth County in 2006, making her home with her great nieces whom she dearly loved. She loved wildlife, especially hummingbirds and deer. Margaret was a hard worker and was very dedicated to her job as billing manager at Practice Management Association, Inc. She is survived by two sisters, Mildred Henderson of Atkins, Virginia and Della Gay Hamberg of Connecticut; two brothers, Cleve King of Wytheville, Virginia and Frank King and wife, Betty Carol of Gainesville, Virginia; several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews. Funeral Services will be held Tuesday, March 19, 2013 at 2:00 p.m. at Seaver-Brown Chapel with Mr. David Blessing officiating. Burial will follow in Black Lick Cemetery, Wythe County, Virginia. The family will receive friends Tuesday afternoon from 1:00 p.m. until the time of service. Flowers will be accepted or donations to help with the funeral expenses would be appreciated.
