Obituary of Vickie Tinsley

MARION, VIRGINIA: VICKIE TINSLEY: age 69, died Wednesday, January 2, 2013 at Francis Marion Manor, Marion, Virginia. Vickie was preceded in death by her husband, James Robert Tinsley, Sr. She was a loving mother and grandmother and great-grandmother. She is survived by three sons, James Robert Tinsley, Jr. and wife Melissa of Lexington, Virginia, William Phillip Tinsley and wife Laura and Kenneth Alan Tinsley both of Marion, Virginia; four grandchildren, William Phillip Tinsley, Jr., Ashley Marie Stoots, James Darnell Stoots and Tony Ray Tinsley; two step-grandchildren, Keela Cross and Nicholas Cross and one great-grandchild, Duane Smith. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Promised Land Animal Rescue, 1611 Rocky Hollow Road, Atkins, Virginia 24311. Funeral Service will be held Sunday, January 6, 2013 at 2:00 p.m. at Seaver Brown Chapel with Reverend Arthur Chapman officiating. Burial will be private.
