Obituary of Mildred Harrison

MARION, VIRGINIA: MILDRED P. HARRISON, age 77, died Monday, October 25, 2004 in Holston Valley Medical Center, Kingsport, Tennessee. She was a lifetime member of Stone Memorial Presbyterian Church, and was a loving wife, mother, and sister. She was preceded in death by her father, Archie Peacoe, her mother, Mary Sue Haga, her step-father, Claude Haga, and a son, Emmitt Harrison, Jr. Mrs. Harrison is survived by her husband, Emmitt C. Harrison of Marion, Virginia. One daughter, Debbie Harrison Rice of Marion, Virginia. Two sons, Dickie Harrison of Marion, Virginia, and Tom Harrison of Washington, DC. One sister, Ruth Peacoe of Marion, Virginia. Two cousins, Patsy King of Suffolk, Virginia, and Bobby Hackler of High Point, North Carolina. Funeral Services will be held Thursday, October 28, 2004 at 2:00 p.m. at Seaver-Brown Chapel with Rev. William T. Wing, III, officiating. Burial will follow in Rose Lawn Cemetery, Marion, Virginia. The family will receive friends Wednesday evening from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. at Seaver-Brown Chapel.
