Obituary of Roger Romans

ATKINS, VIRGINIA: ROGER DALE ROMANS, age 50, died Thursday, September 23, 2004 at his home. He was born March 26, 1954 in Smyth County, Virginia, to the late W. M. "John Henry" and Rachel Dixon Romans. He is survived by one brother and sister-in-law, Bill and Glenda Romans of Nunnelly, Tennessee. Three sisters and brothers-in-law, Carolyn and Jon DeRusha of Henderson, Nevada; Pat and Jody Cregger of Marion, Virginia; and Janice and Walt Talbert of Chilhowie, Virginia. A special friend, Mary Clark of Marion, Virginia. Several nieces and nephews also survive. Graveside Services will be held Saturday, September 25, 2004 at 5:00 p.m. at Nicks Creek Community Cemetery, Atkins, Virginia.
