Obituary of Ryland Shobe

MARION, VIRGINIA: RYLAND PRESLEE BISE SHOBE, age 2, died Thursday, August 11, 2011 in Johnson City Medical Center, Johnson City, Tennessee. He was born January 23, 2009 in Marion, Virginia. He was preceded in death by great-grandfathers, George Bise and Garland Farmer, Sr., and great-uncle, Robert Parsons, Jr. He is survived by his parents, Tabitha Corrie and Randall Lee Shobe, his sister, Jayde Ashtyn Finley and his brother, Adlar Phillip Rylee Shobe all of Marion, Virginia; his grandparents, Nancy Whitehead of Marion, Virginia, Alan Goins of Clarksville, Tennessee, Garland Farmer of Glade Spring, Virginia, Phil and Sharon Shobe of Winchester, Virginia, Wendell Bise, Sr. of Marion, Virginia, Cathy and Mark Hernandez of Vonore, Tennessee; great-grandparents, Robert and Audrey Parsons, Edith Jeannette Bise and Martha Farmer all of Marion, Virginia; several aunts, uncles, cousins and many, many special friends who adored and loved Ryland. Funeral Services will be held Wednesday, August 17, 2011 at 11:00 a.m. at Ebenezer Lutheran Church, Marion, Virginia with Reverend Andrew Bansemer officiating. Burial will follow in Rosewood Memorial Gardens, Rural Retreat, Virginia. The family will receive friends Tuesday evening from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. at Ebenezer Lutheran Church.
